1. Returns Eligibility

Because our products are handmade and unique (Moroccan carpets & artisanal boots), we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product does not match the description or photos on our website

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size chosen by the customer (for boots)
  • Custom or personalized carpets

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
After 14 days, we cannot accept return requests.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Clean, undamaged, and free of stains or smells
  • Packed in the original packaging (if possible)

After your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size was sent by us.
